College Planning manages planning, reporting, and program evaluation functions college-wide. The office develops systems to provide management information for use in strategic planning, federal and state reporting, performance analysis, and policy and program development.

The office manages statewide Extension reporting systems, conducts statewide assessments and other studies, and supports statewide Extension staff in program planning.

In cooperation with the Office of Research, College Planning assists in the administration and use of the Current Research Information System (CRIS), satisfying USDA requirements and developing reports concerning research in the College of ACES.

Programming Planning and Assessment
Provides leadership for Extension Program Planning and reporting. Assist and consult with college staff on data collection, management, needs assessment and program evaluation. Also conducts state level impact assessments, management studies and special projects.

Administers systems to meet the reporting needs of the Current Research Information System (CRIS) for the College of ACES. In addition to satisfying USDA requirements, reports for CRIS are one of the most valuable sources of information concerning research in the College.
